For the Q/C of mold, there are 3 steps:

1.Mould Material Q/C

- Mould Steel Checking(Hardness, flaw detection)

- Mould Standard Spare Parts Checking(hardness, size, flaw checking)

2.Mould Making Process Q/C 

- design checking (part design, mould design, mould engineering drawing)

- Each part of mould’s size checking after machining according to 2D drawing

- mould testing(check mould running condition)

3.check with customer’s requirement again before mold shipping.

Q: Which kinds of mould is KAIJI specialized in?

A: KAIJI is specialized in plastic injection mould, especailly the crate/basket mould ,chair/stool mould,and TV frame mould. 

We made more than 10 sets TV mould every year

Q: How many workers in KAIJI?

A: There are 30 mould workers who have 15+years experience, 4 designer enginners, 20 CNC engineers and workers,etc.

Q: What about the payment in KAIJI?

A: T/T: 50% of total amount T/T DEPOSIT; 

50% of total amount T/T before shipping.

L/C: 40% of total amount T/T DEPOSIT,

60% of total amount L/C before shipping.

Q: What about the delivery time for a mould in KAIJI?

A: 30-45 days for the samll mould, like bucket, small box.

45-60 days for the bigger mould, like baby chair, stool, crate.
